I am hoping this is the last pot I will ever have to buy! (grin) Had I known sooner about the chemicals in inexpensive basic non stick pans, I would have done this sooner. I have often wondered if the two people I know of that had colon cancer, were not negatively impacted by those awful pans. When GreenPan first came out, I was working for a retailer (14 years ago) where I could get pieces deeply discounted and swapped out my “teflon” right away. My mom mastered pure ceramic and stainless steel cookware, which I am not learning to cook in. Now of course there are advancements and improvements not just in ceramic coated non-stick pans but in GreenPan’s line of cookware as well. I have some glass Pyrex and some glass anchor hocking baking “dishes”, & we have some older stainless steel sauce pans. I want something better for stainless steel but I need to wait.
